Types of Wrinkle Injections

JUVÉDERM VOLUMA^™ XC is an injectable hyaluronic acid gel filler that helps restore volume to the cheeks. This dermal filler physically lifts the cheeks while filling in wrinkles that have occurred from sagging and loss of volume.

How Long Do Wrinkle Injections Last?

A major difference between the two treatments is how long they last. BOTOX^® typically works for about 3-4 months before injections need to be retouched, while JUVÉDERM VOLUMA^™ XC can last up to two full years when properly injected.

How Much Do Treatments Cost?

Currently, JUVÉDERM VOLUMA^™ XC is more expensive than BOTOX^®, but when the duration of each treatment is considered, the cost may even out. Different providers charge their own price for each drug, but it’s important to choose an experienced provider rather than the one offering the cheapest price.
